This apartment is located near Cala Molins, a cristal clear water beach in Cala San Vicente, a small quiet living area from Pollensa.

Two sandy beaches with crystal-clear water surrounded by imposing rocks are about 500 km away from this nice apartment. A restaurant with chosen, local food is just at 50 m. More restaurants with international meals are in a foot walking distance.

A staircase brings you up to the apartment entrance. A small hall takes you to the lounge-diner with accesses to the sitting room (plasma tv), the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen. Further on, in the back part of the apartment, there is a terrace where you can enjoy perfect dining evenings. Back inside the house you reach the dormitories on the lounge’s left side with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The bedrooms have access to the spacious entrance terrace where you can feel the light sea breeze. The apartment lies centric but still quiet and always enjoying the smell of pine trees.
